Welcome to ArcticInsider, thanks for stopping.
This is a place created for you and me, where we can share information and opinions about anything and everything Arctic Cat.
By way of introductions, there are a few things you should know about me: I’ve worked as an editor, writer and media/marketing man in the snowmobile and off-road industry for 20 years. Name a snow or off-road editor and I’m probably friends with them, as well as many other amazing athletes, ambassadors, race team, event and aftermarket owners, and [gasp] even employees at the other OEM brands.
This website was the genius of John Sandberg and I’ve taken the proverbial reigns as the next care taker. Like John, I have ridden practically every new snowmobile, ATV and UTV Arctic Cat and their competitors have produced, and spent a 15-year period working in the Arctic Cat Marketing department in all offices – Thief River Falls, Plymouth, Minneapolis and St. Cloud.
Arctic Cat has undergone some definite changes since my time there, but some things remain a constant; the folks at Arctic Cat are passionate, creative and dedicated. Because I’ve navigated the company, I have a privilege to an “inside line” to what’s happening there. It’s that inside line I will bring to ArcticInsider.com.
I ask one thing of all fans visiting this site; No matter what brand you ride, I hope you bring your opinions here, and share them in a style that’s thoughtful, respectful and entertaining. I won’t tolerate trolls, arguing and degrading of others or the Arctic Cat brand.
Powersports isn’t rocket appliance, it’s fun. Let’s keep it that way!
I’ll give you reasons to visit our website weekly and encourage you to LIKE the ArcticInsider Facebook and Instagram pages for unique content different than you will find here.
I hope you enjoy it. Remember, don’t ride faster than your guardian angel can fly.
