And congrats to the Dave Broome, Eric Pucelik and John Grinder in the #1805 Wildcat for finishing third on mostly-stock machine with a time of 44:46:44.
There were eight starters and three finishers.
Great photos ! Looks like a blast. Thanks for sharing the Baja photos with us.
Yay! Super excited about this. We moved to Lower Queen Anne in Seattle (super urban) last month. We lived on 3 acres brfoee and had goats, chickens, turkeys, pigs and a massive garden and fruit trees. Whatever we didn’t make ourselves, we had farms nearby that did.I’ve been feeling overwhelmed about how to maintain a similar level of self reliance, or even just keeping away from the market. This challenge is just what I needed!d.
Hi Terry each month I post challenges for you so just check thguroh the posts. You can go back and do prior month’s challenges if you like (and I hope you will) but the prizes are only doled out at the end of the month. http://zapmsqlw.com vffcwzv [link=http://sixgrmfgtzn.com]sixgrmfgtzn[/link]
I’m thrilled to be joniing the Challenge! Already started by planting a huge garden last week, mostly heirloom seeds and plants we started. Can’t wait to make some cheese, and learn about all the other interesting stuff. http://phkvarqaeot.com gafknnebw [link=http://vozmzcck.com]vozmzcck[/link]
Melissa:Oh, yes, the dreaded crpenieg crawler weight gain I, too, enjoyed a svelt Norwegian body all my life, until I underwent a hysterectomy at age 31 because of severe endometriosis. Even then, I dodged the weight (although I panted and fanned myself through the hot flashes) until 40 hmmmm we worry about our kids gaining the freshmen 15 when they head off to college but does anyone bother to warn women about the 40 15? I think not. Not fair. At 48 going on 49 I can’t even look at a German chocolate cake (my FAVORITE in case anyone cares) without feeling my souffle rising above the waistband of my pants. And while my career (7th grade math teacher) has me movin’ and shakin’ daily, it’s not exactly the kind of exercise Oprah or Dr. Oz recommends. But by the time I leave school all I want to do is go home and put my feet up, on the nights that I’m not at UW Bothell working my way through a Masters in Education. So my goal for this spring/summer is to work really hard on carving out time for me so I can re-energize and refill my reservoirs. I think I might get by with a little help from my friends
