Good afternoon, I got a post card in the mail from your company yesterday and want to say i am happy you purchased Arctic Cat. I think in December of 2013 I purchased a 1000X and a trail cat 700 I had to wait till April of 14 to get my 700 but I paid for it. In about 14 months the dealership I purchased them from no longer sold Arctic Cats. So without a servicing dealer I took a hell of a beating trading 2 Cats in on 1 Polaris. I paid roughly $ 32,000 for my toys and 14 months later I got $ 14,000 trade in kinda hurts when I think about it. But I am a 65 year old person who does NOT do his own service so I needed a servicing dealer. A Cat dealer about 10 miles from me who sold ATV’s and Snowmobiles would not service. I guess what makes me the maddest is I rode Arctic Cat ATV;s for years. I hope you do well and I hope to see good things. but due to retirement and fixed income SS isn’t a lot of money and most dealers want nothing to do with trades i will probably be stuck where I am at.
