Fans of Arctic Cat who want to see the hometown and experience the down-home fun of a county fair should mark July 18-22 on their 2018 calendar.
“Arctic Cat Village” is a new attraction at this year’s Pennington County (Minnesota) Fair, held at the county seat of Thief River Falls, Minn.
In addition to all the regular goodness of a county fair, you’ll be able to see Tom Ische’s collection of amazing Arctic Cat machines and memorabilia; there will be plant tours of Arctic Cat/Textron Off Road; Team Arctic race teams and racers (plus their trailers and sleds); a chance to win a Prowler EV side-by-side; and more.
The Pennington County Fair is famous for its Wed. night (July 18) fireworks display. Thursday evening is highlighted by a free concert by Back Behind the Barn Boys. Add to the mix a parade, games, and the big Arctic Cat theme, and you’ve got a great weekend to spend in the hometown of Arctic Cat.
Book your hotel now, and stay tuned for more info in the coming weeks.
See you there!
Oh hell yes!!!
If I’m not mistaken, the Back Behind The Barn Boys performed at Cat Fest 87!
We are going. Hotel booked. Want to do the plant tour on Thursday. It would be really cool if they were building my new sled at that time. I know wishful thinking.
