It was awesome to watch racing again! Congratulations to Jacob Yurk and Logan Christian for their podium finishes! They also did awesome in their qualifiers. It was good to see Trent Wittwer back on a Cat. He was running 4th through out the race and then something happened.
Great to see Cat starting out well. Keep it up Team Arctic. Still need more drivers for Cat.
Ken – I wish fans could have been at ERX. Witnessing the rate of speed racers entered the first corner was truly, truly incredible! ERX went above and beyond and created a really great track. The Cat sleds looked strong, and riders confident. New skidframe changes appeared to help handling, and the motors looked super strong pulling out of corners and straightaways. When Wittwer rode by us, it sounded like he dropped a cylinder. Either that, or he was on a mod Blast! LOL.
Team AC looked pretty darn good this weekend, but struggled in Round 2. Trent Wittwer got hurt in Round 1 I believe. Awesome ZR SX sled this year.
If AC wants to be more competitive in SX racing, they need the talent. I don’t know if they are looking overseas to get more talent riding for their brand. The Yammi-Cats should develop and enter a race sled LOL
