In order to grow a business I do believe repeat business and customer service is a key in this. I have spoken with three different dealers in my area of FL. not one has a good word to say about the customer service response Arctic Cat gives. As a consumer I have waited for three weeks for a rep to return my call just to find out my case was closed before I received a call when the finally did I was blown off. I have a valid issue with the Unit I have purchased and the dealer I purchased it from and all I am told is It does not matter that you only have 600 mile on your unit it is to far out of warranty. I bought a $12,000 Prowler Xt that has a failed motor, Arctic Cat Dealer and Customer support claims it is abuse yet NOT ONE PERSON from Arctic Cat as looked at my Unit. I am a consumer that can not ride and will not go away. I will address the highest people in the Arctic Cat Corp. Until someone pays me the attention I feel I deserve. Feel free to forward me any information to whom I may contact to address this issue. Thank You Mike Dourth

Dear Mr . Etti
My Name is Jim Rovito, I reside in Spring Hill, Florida and I am writing you about a concern of mine.
I bought a 366cc Arctic Cat 4×4 a couple years back due to hip replacements, and my love to hunt, but not being able to walk that well, from LOVE MOTOR SPORTS, in Homosassa, Florida.
My financial situation didn’t allow me to buy a bigger 4 x 4 and this one was on the show floor. It was a 2008 but the salesman said it was brand new.
I have brought this machine back to get it repaired and serviced probably a dozen times or more. I have all my bills and every statement I could find, I know there are more. Which I can send you, if you’d like
I love Arctic cat products, I remember my snow mobile years, years back we had a Arctic Cat. I’m 66 years old now. I remember your company asking me in Malone, NY in the late 1970’s to ride a new Arctic Cat snow mobile through the snow and you shot a TV commercial.
I am not financial secure, if I was I probably wouldn’t be writing this, but it seems all the time, its replace the belts, gaskets, 4 wheel drive actuator, gas tank leaks, the exhaust fell off, rubber sleeves on shocks, new battery, alternator, 2+ New starters motors. Plus each time I have to borrow a trailer and drive 2 hours to take it to the dealer and drive back. Then go pick it up and drive back when it is ready.
I don’t abuse my vehicle. There are lime stone nice roads I ride on, yes, there are muddy spots, but ask your dealer its always clean., I clean it up after every use , Its all I have so I take care of it. Besides, its to small to go off road and into the swampy woods of Florida.
I know nothing can be done, I don’t expect anything, I guess I am just venting. However, when I bought this 4 x 4 I really didn’t even imagine all the problems that I would have had with it and I’m sure more problems to follow..
Thanks for spending the time and reading this,
Sincerely,
Jim Rovito
