Team D&D had a great weekend at the recent grass drags in Hermon, Maine.
The race was ran shootout style lane system, with a lot of hype focused on the Pro Mod showdown (and that delivered great drama all the way to the final). With a 4.46-second run at 114 mph, Dylan Roes slotted himself as the #3 qualifier on his Arctic Cat Pro Mod Turbo.
Sunday the track came around a little tighter with better traction and the Arctic Cat turbo showed its potential, delivering a record run for any Pro Mod 4-stroke with a blistering 4.36/114 mph pass. Dylan ran up through the ladder to the final and took the win with a quicker R.T .
Other big wins came from Jen O’Conner from team CP Racing, driving the famous XF8008 D&D “PinkPanther” and putting down a record number for any stock 800 class sled of a 5.14/93 mph. Jen was #1 qualifier and took the win in 800 stock. She was also number #1 in 600 Improved with her new D&D-prepped SX600 Improved Arctic Cat.
In the 700 stock class it was all Cassidy Kislowski with her D&D/Kislowski Racing F7 going undefeated through the class and taking the win.
Dylan Roes also showed the power of his Clark Racing/D&D XF8000 Arctic Cat IMP 800, running a 5.02 elapsed time for the #1 spot in qualifying and going on to take the win with an all-D&D final. Joe Pamkowski took second.
Great way to start the season for D&D, Arctic Cat and all our great sponsors:
Arctic Cat, Arcticinsider, Stud Boy, Spectro oils, VForce Reeds, Camso tracks, Fly Racing, Dynojet, R12designswraps, Curve Industries, CPracing, CRP and K&N
-Dale Roes, D&D Racing
Any of those sleds using the new C-Tech 800 motor or do they all run the Suzuki?
Does anyone know why D&D is not selling cat anymore? It’s a shame to see them not selling cat they were a great dealer.
@ Matt, their website says they are a Cat dealer. Not sure about the particulars. Would seem odd to put stuff on AI if they were not.
Mike,I believe they are just doing performance work now and not selling new sleds.
Matt, Thanks, did not know that.
