Team Arctic Hill Climbers continue to see success running the CATALYST platform, with a great showing at Jackson Hole and success at RMSHA’s Beaver Bash.
Riley Kincaid was impressive at Jackson Hole, being the only racer in the 700 Mod class to make it over the top and capture a World Championship title. In addition, teammate Calvin Irmen took third, giving Arctic Cat two of the three podium spots in the class. Kincaid also took fifth in 700 Improved. Russ Tapio topped the 600 Improved Stock class and took sixth in 600 Mod, right behind Calvin and Carson Irmen, who were fourth and fifth. In Pro Masters Improved Stock, Kyle Tapio was second and Todd Tupper finished fifth, while Tim Maki took fifth in Pro Masters Mod. Kameron Lindsey finished third in 900 Improved. The results continue to prove CATALYST is a formidable hill climb platform to build on and should be a consistent top of the box threat next season with the addition of the 858.
Riley Kincaid was back on the podium at Beaver Bash this past weekend, taking third place in the Pro 700 Improved class and finishing in the Top 10 in Pro 600 Stock, 600 Pro Improved, and Pro 600 Modified. The always-consistent Todd Tupper took the Pro Senior Mod class and finished third in Pro Senior Improved. Brody Zollinger would also have a great day, finishing first in Amateur Modified and third in Amateurs Improved.
The last race of the RMSHA season is April 26 in Bear Valley, Calif., and the team is looking to capture more wins to solidify their great season on a brand-new platform.
Was lucky to meet both Riley and Todd at the 2024 Arctic Cat Photo shoot. Both are excellent riders, but even are better people. Congrats to those two and all Arctic Cat riders!
