Press Release-

TEAM ARCTIC MARCHES TO 19 WINS ACROSS NORTH AMERICA

Top Finishes in Cross-Country, Snocross and Hillclimb

Team Arctic marched through a weekend of North American snocross, cross-country and hillclimb competition with the same determination and success that has defined the entire season, racking up 19 class wins aboard Sno Pro and M Series snowmobiles.

At the RMSHA hillclimb in Pinedale, Wyo., Team Green scored five class wins in a range of classes, including Pro, Womens and Semi Pro. Delivering standout performances were double-winners David McClure and Kaycee Balls, as well as Trace Tupper.

Tucker Hibbert continued his near stranglehold on the Pro Open class in ISOC snocross, taking another dominating victory at the national event in Glyndon, Minn.

And at the final USXC cross-country race of the season in Warroad, Minn., Team Arctic notched 12 class victories and six sweeps of the podium. Proving the depth of talent in and the strength of the Sno Pro race sleds, the 12 victories were achieved by 11 different racers.

“It was another solid weekend of racing for the team,” said Mike Kloety, Team Arctic Race Manager. “With the season winding down, some racers were protecting their point leads and championship positions and perhaps riding a bit more conservatively than usual. We are proud of the great efforts from all the racers and teams to this point of the season.

“I also want to acknowledge the exceptional effort by Ryan Simons to secure the USXC Pro Championships for the third year in a row, despite the fact that he was racing with a broken and chipped collarbone that he sustained the previous weekend. Despite the pain he soldiered on to compete in three races to win the title, which is a testament to his desire.”
